We also own and operate CrossFit North Tribe. This strength & conditioning gym is located just behind Fitness Advantage, where we provide coached classes & training for members of all ages and fitness levels, since 2012. CFNT members get a 50% discount on FA memberships.

Our newest venture in 2021, The Recovery Lounge provides a relaxing experience where you can enjoy wellness therapies to enhance recovery from workouts and the stressors of daily living. Services offered include Infrared Sauna, Rhythmic Air Compression Sleeves, NuCalm, and more.
