Our highly educated trainers hold a four year degree in Applied Exercise Science and/or national certification(s) including ACSM, NASM and AFAA. Trainers are available based on client preference and schedule. Ask at the front desk if you would like to set up an appointment!

Discounts not applicable to personal training fees.
Clients must also be Fitness Advantage members OR pay the day pass fee per session, in addition to the training fee. “No shows” or last minute cancellations will be charged for a session.
