Saturday mornings: 7:00-8:00am
In a small group we will focus on proper form and technique.
Watch your body take shape as we combine elements of martial arts, calisthenics, interval training and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning that will increase your stamina, flexibility and strength.
