ABSOLUTE BODY
This challenging, yet rejuvenating class combines resistance training and deep stretching to give you long, lean and sculpted muscles. Incorporating aspects of yoga, Pilates and strengthening, you will become more body aware, toned and balanced.

KICKBOX EXPRESS
Kick…jab…punch…sweat it out in this action packed half hour.
This class combines boxing, Tae-Bo kickboxing and traditional group
exercise to create one high-energy, super stress relieving, workout.
Beginner or pro, this class is sure to pack a punch!

POWER PILATES
This 30 or 60 minute class includes a series of controlled movements
on a mat, designed to improve the core postural muscles that help keep
the body balanced. The class, engaging body and mind, focuses on
improving flexibility and strength by using your own body weight.

T.B.C. - TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
A resistance training workout utilizing barbells and
hand weights, finishing with abdominal and lower back work.
A great metabolism booster

YOGA*
This is a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to detoxify,
stretch, and strengthen the body. The class will improve flexibility,
your ability to focus, release tension & increase stamina.
*This is a specialty class and is offered for a fee, separate from the classes which are included in one year memberships

ZUMBA - You saw it at Fitness Advantage first! Fusing hypnotic musical rhythms & tantalizing moves, Zumba is a dynamic, Latin inspired workout that’s easy to do and tons of fun! It features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to sculpt your body while burning fat.
