ZUMBA - You saw it at Fitness Advantage first! Fusing hypnotic musical rhythms & tantalizing moves, Zumba is a dynamic, Latin inspired workout that’s easy to do and tons of fun! It features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to sculpt your body while burning fat.

FIT MOVES
A resistance training workout utilizing barbells and
hand weights, finishing with abdominal and lower back work.

KICKBOX & CARDIO TONING

Kick…jab…punch…sweat it out in this action packed class.
This class combines boxing, Tae-Bo kickboxing and traditional group
exercise to create one high-energy, super stress relieving, workout.
Beginner or pro, this class is sure to pack a punch!

PILATES

This class includes a series of controlled movements
on a mat, designed to improve the core postural muscles that help keep
the body balanced. The class, engaging body and mind, focuses on
improving flexibility and strength by using your own body weight.

T.B.C. - TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

A resistance training workout utilizing barbells and
hand weights, finishing with abdominal and lower back work.
A great metabolism booster. Sometimes paired with "Hard Core" on the schedule, the class incorporates an extra intense sequence of core (ab/low back) work.


POWER YOGA

This is a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to detoxify, stretch, and strengthen the body. The class will improve
flexibility, your ability to focus, release tension & increase stamina. The class provides a great workout for those already experienced in yoga, yet
is adaptable for active adults who are new to a yoga program.

COREvolve
This class fuses Spinning with intense core training exercises that strengthen and stabilize muscle groups surrounding your spine, shoulder and pelvic girdles. It’s a strong “core” from which you get power, posture and stability - needed for more efficiency in cycling and everyday life activities.
